4. Candidates must comply with the following regulations in the exam room:

c) Before taking the test, candidates must fully record their exam number and personal information on the test paper, answer sheet, multiple-choice answer sheet, and scratch paper. Upon receiving the test paper, they must check the number of pages and the quality of the printed pages; if they find any missing or damaged pages, they must immediately report to the Examiner in the exam room, no later than 05 (five) minutes from the beginning of the test-taking period;
d) While in the exam room, candidates must maintain order; promptly report to the Examiner if someone copies their answer or interferes with their work; must not exchange, discuss, copy answers from others, allow others to copy their answers, use unauthorized materials, or display any fraudulent gestures or actions. If a candidate wants to express an opinion, they must raise their hand to ask for permission from the Examiner, and upon permission, stand and publicly state their opinion. They must not mark or make special signs, must not write with a pencil (except for shading boxes on the multiple-choice answer sheet); must write with a single ink color (red ink is not allowed);

How is the exam schedule for the national high school graduation exams in 2024?
Based on Article 4 of the Regulations issued together with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT, the regulations are as follows:
(1) Exam format:
- The Math, Foreign Language, Natural Sciences (KHTN), and Social Sciences (KHXH) exams will be in multiple-choice format.
- The Literature exam will be in essay format.
(2) Specific exam durations:
- Literature: 120 minutes;
- Math: 90 minutes;
- Foreign Language: 60 minutes;
- 50 minutes for each component subject of the Natural Sciences and Social Sciences combined exams.
What are the regulations for collecting and submitting exam papers at the end of each exam session in the 2024 national high school graduation exam?
Based on Subsection 6, Section IV of Official Dispatch 1277/BGDDT-QLCL year 2024 guiding the collection and submission of exam papers at the end of each exam session as follows:
- 5 minutes before the end of the exam, the Examiner will request candidates to check the exam code, exam number, and other personal information on the answer sheet/multiple-choice answer sheet.
- For multiple-choice exams, while collecting the multiple-choice answer sheets, the Examiner will check the exam code filled in by the candidate on the multiple-choice answer sheet against the distributed exam code and the answer sheet collection slip to ensure accuracy.
- When handing over the exam papers to the Exam Center Head (through the Exam Center Secretary), two Examiners will open the secondary bag in the Exam Center office and combine it with other exam papers (if any) to submit the exam papers.
The external part of the exam paper bag must include the following information: Exam Council; Exam Center; Exam Room; Exam Session (date and time); Exam Name; Full names, signatures of the 2 Examiners; Full names, signatures of the Secretary who directly counts the exam papers and the Exam Center Head.
Important note: During the exam monitoring process, in case of any unusual situations (if any), especially those affecting the rights of candidates, the Examiner must inform the Proctor to immediately report to the Exam Center Head for timely decision before handling the situation.
The Proctor needs to closely coordinate with the Examiner in handling cases where candidates must leave the exam room before the end of the exam time due to force majeure reasons; at the same time, closely monitor to ensure that candidates do not contact or communicate with other candidates throughout the time out of the exam room.
