- For successful candidates who fall under the direct admission category as per the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, from July 5, 2023 until 17:00 on August 15, 2023, candidates can confirm their enrollment on the System (candidates who have confirmed their enrollment will not be allowed to register for further enrollment preferences, except in cases where the Principal/Director of the Training Institution allows non-enrollment). a) If there is no valid reason, it will be considered that the candidate has declined the enrollment and the training institution has the right not to accept them;
b) In cases of illness or accident, with a certificate from a district or higher-level hospital, or due to natural disasters with a confirmation from the district People’s Committee or higher, the training institution will consider and decide whether to admit the candidate or defer the enrollment results for later enrollment;
c) In cases of mistakes or errors by the recruitment staff or candidates themselves, the training institution will proactively cooperate with related individuals or organizations to review the evidence and decide on the admission or deferral of the enrollment results for later enrollment.
4. Candidates who have confirmed enrollment at one training institution are not allowed to participate in enrollment elsewhere or in additional enrollment rounds, unless allowed by the training institution.
