1. - Conditions of competition:

+ The subjects specified at Point b, Clause 1 of this Article must have a lower secondary school diploma and must ensure that they are assessed in grade 12 and have their conduct graded as average or higher and their academic performance is not classified as poor; in case of ineligibility to take the exam in previous years due to poor academic ranking in grade 12, must register and take the year-end exam for some subjects with GPA below 5.0 (year) score (at the high school where the class is 12 or the high school where the registration is registered), ensure that when taking the test score instead of the subject average to recalculate the average score for the whole year, they are eligible to take the grading exam academic qualifications as prescribed; In case of ineligibility to take the exam in previous years due to being classified as weak in conduct in grade 12, the commune-level People's Committee of the place of residence must confirm that they comply with local laws and regulations in order to be eligible to take the exam. - Register for the exam:
