- Participation in Drafting Documents

+ Documents related to the field of International Trade Management are approved by the Editorial Team or the drafting lead, ensuring the process and meeting deadlines, and quality standards.+ Draft documents are approved and submitted to the competent authority for issuance.

- Guidance

+ The participation content in drafting is completed according to the planned schedule and meets the quality requirements set by the lead.+ Completion of guidance and teaching tasks as evaluated by the organizing authorities in training and fostering classes.

- Inspection

+ Reports on inspection results, evaluations, and prompt proposals; adhering to the plan, approved for processing by competent authorities.

- Verification of Related Proposals

+ The content involved in verifying is completed according to the planned schedule and quality set by the lead.

- Research and Development of Projects and Proposals in the Field of International Trade Management

+ Topics and proposals developed are approved, reviewed, and applied in practice effectively.

- Implementation of Professional Activities

+ Ensuring process adherence and according to plans, meeting requirements in pace, quality, and effectiveness of work as required by the agency's leaders, ensuring the accuracy of the report information.

- Coordination in International Trade Management

+ Assigned tasks are carried out seamlessly, creating positive working relationships according to coordination regulations and procedures.

- Execution of Meeting Policies

+ Attend meetings with the proper components, at the scheduled time, and in designated locations.

- Planning and Execution of Personal Annual, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly Work Plans

+ Work plans are based on the organization's work plan and implemented as scheduled.

Required Qualifications for Senior Officials in International Trade Management

Based on the provisions in Section 5 of Appendix 3 issued with Circular 06/2023/TT-BCT, the qualifications for senior officials in international trade management are as follows:

Qualification Requirements

- Basic information technology skills.

- Proficiency in a foreign language at a level equivalent to level 3 of the Vietnam's foreign language competency framework. || Experience (Work Achievements) | - Having held the position of official or equivalent for at least 9 years (excluding probationary and internship periods), with at least 1 year (12 months) holding the position of official.

- Participation in drafting or verifying at least 1 legal document or projects, proposals, research programs from the basic level upwards related to international trade management, which have been approved or reviewed by competent authorities. || Personal Qualities | - Absolute loyalty, trust, strict adherence to the Communist Party's policies, State laws, regulations, and organizational work procedures.
