+ Develop, adjust and supplement the program and plan for drafting the revised Land Law Project for submission to the National Assembly in October 2022 in accordance with the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents.
+ Connecting, coordinating and synthesizing results of professional groups; Completing the dossier of the Land Law Project (amended) according to regulations to submit to the Government and National Assembly (including: Report, draft Law, Report on Policy Impact Assessment; Report on Gender Equality; Report evaluate administrative procedures; synthesize explanations, receive opinions of ministries, branches and localities and other relevant documents).

What are the responsibilities of the heads of specialized groups in the implementation of the project to amend the Land Law in Vietnam?
According to Decision 1257/QD-BTNMT in 2022, stipulating the formulation of a project construction plan to amend the Land Law in Vietnam as follows:
- Develop specific plans, actively implement tasks according to the Plan and weekly and monthly report the results of implementation to the Minister, Deputy Minister.
- Finalize the content of the draft Law according to the assigned content. For new and complicated policy contents that still have different and sensitive opinions during the drafting process, they must be reported to the Minister before they are proposed in the draft Law.
- Actively develop the contents classified in the draft Law dossier in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents (including: Report, draft Law, Policy impact assessment report; Report; Report on gender equality; Report on assessment of administrative procedures; synthesize explanations, collect opinions from ministries, branches and localities, develop detailed regulations on implementation of the Land Law (amended) and other relevant documents); monitor, absorb and explain in the process of finalizing the Land Law (amended) dossier.
- Actively invite experts, scientists, managers to participate in the drafting process.
- Prepare content and directly respond to press agencies as assigned.
