How much does the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam announce the recruitment of civil servants? What are the conditions for applying for the recruitment of civil servants of the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam?
What are the conditions for applying for the recruitment of civil servants of the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam in 2023?
Pursuant to Section 1 of Notice 03/TB-BTTTT in 2023, it is stipulated as follows:
- Persons meeting the following conditions regardless of ethnicity, gender, social composition, belief or religion may register for civil servants:
+ Having a nationality is Vietnamese nationality;
+ Be at least 18 years old;
+ There is an application; have a clear background;
+ Have appropriate diplomas and certificates;
+ Have good political and moral qualities;
+ Be healthy enough to perform the task;
+ Other conditions required by the position.
- The following persons are not eligible to apply for civil service:
+ Do not reside in Vietnam;
+ Loss or limitation of civil act capacity;
+ Being examined for criminal liability; are serving or have completed the court's criminal sentence or decision without having their convictions expunged; are being subjected to administrative measures to be put into medical treatment establishments and educational institutions.
- Subjects and priority points in the civil service examination:
+ Heroes of the Armed Forces, Heroes of Labor, invalids, policy beneficiaries such as invalids, class B invalids: 7.5 points are added to the results of round 2;
+ Ethnic minorities, military officers, police officers, professional servicemen, people doing basic work changing branches, trainees training reserve officers, graduates of training commanders of military command boards of communes of grassroots military branches shall be awarded the rank of registered reserve officers, children of martyrs, children of invalids, children of sick soldiers, children of policy beneficiaries such as invalids, children of class B invalids, offspring of resistance activists contaminated with chemical toxins, children of Heroes of the Armed Forces, children of Heroes of Labor: 5 points are added to the results of round 2;
+ Those who complete military service, conscription to join the people's police, volunteer youth team members: 2.5 points are added to the results of the second round.
In case the applicant for civil servants belongs to many priority categories mentioned above, he/she will only be allowed to add the highest priority points to the results of round 2.
How is the application for recruitment of civil servants of the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam in 2023 regulated?
Dossiers of application for recruitment of civil servants of the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam in 2023 specified in Notice 03/TB-BTTTT in 2023 include:
- Application form (according to form No. 01 of the Appendix issued together with Decree 138/2020/ND-CP). The applicant must declare all the information in the application form.
- Candidates applying for recruitment may submit copies of diplomas and transcripts of academic results as required by the position certified by the competent authority and certificates of priority subjects in the recruitment of civil servants certified by the competent authority together with the application form if there is a need.

Pursuant to Notice 03/TB-BTTTT in 2023, it is stipulated as follows:
- Application deadline: 30 days from 10/01/2023 to 10/02/2023.

+ Direct application: Applicants submit documents (office hours on weekdays) at the Department of Personnel Organization, Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam, Room 610, 6th floor, Building B, Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam, No. 18 Nguyen Du, Hanoi.
+ Apply by post: The applicant sends the application (time by postmark) to the Department of Personnel Organization, Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam, No. 18 Nguyen Du, Hanoi.
Each candidate can only register for 01 position, fully responsible for the registration documents.
