According to Decision 721/QD-TTg in 2022, regulations on reducing and simplifying administrative procedures are as follows:
Administrative procedures 1: land allocation or land lease to households and individuals; land allocation to residential communities in the case of land allocation or land lease not through auction of land use rights (administrative procedure code: 2,000381)
(1) Reduction, simplification on content
- The composition of the dossier: Remove the extract of the cadastral map of the land plot or the cadastral measurement of the land plot.
Reason: The Natural Resources and Environment Agency is responsible for providing an extract of the cadastral map of the land plot for the places where the cadastral map is already available, or making a cadastral measurement of the land plot at the request of the land allotment, land lease to reduce steps, time, costs and administrative procedures for households and individuals.

Thus, in the near future, the Government is synchronously implementing administrative procedures on the online system of the Vietnamese National Public Service Portal.
