When are the reporting deadlines and timeframes for the housing ownership situation in Vietnam by foreign organizations and individuals?

Pursuant to the regulations in Article 21 of Circular 01/2023/TT-BXD, the reporting deadlines for the housing ownership situation in Vietnam by foreign organizations and individuals are as follows:

Report on the housing ownership situation in Vietnam by foreign organizations and individuals

1. Reporting basis: Pursuant to the regulations in Article 79 of Decree No. 99/2015/ND-CP dated October 20, 2015, by the Government of Vietnam, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Housing Law.

2. Reporting subjects, receiving agencies, procedures, and reporting deadlines:

Departments of Natural Resources and Environment send reports to the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Department of Construction on the housing ownership situation of foreign organizations and individuals in the province; the Department of Construction summarizes and reports to the Ministry of Construction no later than June 20 and December 20 each year.

3. Report requirements: According to Form 0019 and Form 0020 of the Appendix issued together with this Circular.

4. Reporting frequency: 06 months, 01 year.

5. Data cut-off time: As stipulated in Clauses 3 and 4, Article 12 of Decree No. 09/2019/ND-CP.

Simultaneously, pursuant to the regulations in Article 12 of Decree 09/2019/ND-CP, the data cut-off time in periodic reporting policies is stipulated as follows:

1. Monthly periodic reports: From the 15th of the previous month to the 14th of the reporting month.

2. Quarterly periodic reports: From the 15th of the month before the reporting quarter to the 14th of the last month of the reporting quarter.

3. Semi-annual reports: The data cut-off time for the first 6 months is from December 15 of the previous year to June 14 of the reporting year. The data cut-off time for the last 6 months is from June 15 to December 14 of the reporting year.

4. Annual reports: From December 15 of the previous year to December 14 of the reporting year.

5. For other periodic reports, the data cut-off time is regulated by the issuing agency but must comply with the provisions of Articles 5, 6, 7, 8, and 11 of this Decree.

Thus, the reporting deadline for the housing ownership situation in Vietnam by foreign organizations and individuals is no later than June 20 and December 20 each year.

Simultaneously, the data cut-off time in periodic reporting policies is as follows:
