Pursuant to Section I of the Appendix issued together with Decision 1032/QD-BKHCN in 2022, the objectives are as follows:
“I. Target
Theoretical and practical research on values, global value system, national value system, core values, humanity resources in order to identify values and resources of humanities in various fields of social life associations in localities, regions, organizations, groups and classes in society, thereby proposing views and solutions to promote values and resources of humanities for the development of the country in the period 2021- 2030, with a vision to 2045. Specific goals include:
1. Theoretical and practical research on values, global value system, national value system, core values, roles, functions, content of value system in general, humanity resources basis to identify specific values and humanity resources in Vietnam for the development of the country.
2. Research, identify and analyze actual and potential values and resources of humanities in various fields of social life, in localities, regions, organizations, groups and classes in the world. society; assess the current situation of using and promoting the values and humanity resources of Vietnam in the development of the country;
3. Explain and propose a system of strategic and specific viewpoints and solutions to the Party and State agencies in order to promote values, global value system, national value system, and values. core and humanity resources, creating motivation and strength for the development of the country in the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2045.”
Accordingly, the goal of the program to research, promote values and resources of humanities for the development of Vietnam is implemented according to the above content.

Pursuant to Section III of the Appendix issued together with Decision 1032/QD-BKHCN in 2022, the objectives are as follows:
“III. Expected results
1. Reports summarizing research results of the Program on values, global values, national value systems, core values, humanity resources and types of humanity resources; about the reality of values and resources of humanities recognized and promoted in all fields of social life, in localities, regions, ethnic communities, organizations, groups and classes in society festival; on viewpoints and proposed solutions to promote values and resources of humanities for the development of the country in the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2045.
2. Reports on transferring the research results of the task to the agencies of the Party and the State on: proposing the application and use of strategic views and solutions and strategies to promote the values, global value system, national value system, core values, humanity resources to create motivation and strength for national development; propose specific policies and solutions to promote values and resources of humanities to meet the requirements of economic, political, social, cultural, environmental, national defense, security, foreign affairs development and participation in solving labor needs, creating jobs, improving the lives of people and social communities.
3. Scientific reports of the assignment to science and technology organizations (research institutes, training institutions, etc.) to serve as a reference for research and teaching. .
4. Scientific publications announcing new research results of the task, including: journal articles; scientific books published domestically and internationally; Proceedings, reports at national and international scientific conferences.”
Accordingly, in order to carry out the research program on promoting the values and humanity resources for the development of Vietnam, the Ministry of Science and Technology has set out the results expected to be achieved according to the above content. In which, the scientific reports of the mission will be transferred to science and technology organizations (research institutes, training institutions, etc.) to serve as references for research and teaching materials.
What are the requirements of the results of the program on researching and promoting values and resources of humanities for the development of Vietnam?
Pursuant to Section IV of the Appendix issued with Decision 1032/QD-BKHCN in 2022, the objectives are as follows:
“IV. Requirements for scientific results
1. Respond to requests according to orders proposed by Communist Party and State agencies to solve specific problems raised from practice sneeze; ensure scientific novelty; transfer and application to serve the formulation and promulgation of guidelines and policies for socio-economic development, development of sectors and fields.
2. Interpret and update relevant research achievements at home and abroad on values, global value system, national value system, core values and humanity resources; clearly identify the practical problems posed on the discovery and promotion of values and resources of humanities in Vietnam today; propose viewpoints, directions, solutions to promote values, global value system, national value system, core values and humanity resources to create motivation and strength for national development in the period 2021- 2030, vision to 2045.”
Thus, in order to form a scientific product in the research program, promote values and resources of humanities for the development of the country, it is necessary to meet the above requirements.
