1. The Grassroots-level People's Inspectorate Board in wards, communes, and commune-level towns consists of members elected from villages, residential groups within the commune-level area. The number of members of the People's Inspectorate Board corresponds to the number of villages and residential groups within the commune-level area, but not fewer than 5 people.

2. The term of the People's Inspectorate Board coincides with the term of Village Heads and Heads of Residential Groups in the same area.

During the term, if a member of the People's Inspectorate Board does not complete their tasks, is no longer trusted, or requests to resign from their duties, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level may propose that the village or residential group that elected that member consider and relieve them from their duties.

In case there is a vacancy in the People's Inspectorate Board during the term and the remaining term is 6 months or more, the Village Front Work Committee and the Village Head or Head of the Residential Group will organize an election to supplement members of the People's Inspectorate Board according to the guidelines of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level.

3. The Grassroots-level People's Inspectorate Board in wards, communes, and commune-level towns consists of the Head, Deputy Head, and members.
