Based on Clause 1, Article 23 of the Draft Decree detailing and guiding certain articles of the Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control, the provision is as follows:
Providers of domestic violence prevention and combat support services
1. A provider of domestic violence prevention and combat support services is an establishment set up with the primary objective of providing services related to domestic violence prevention and control.
2. Services provided at the facility are registered and may include one or more services stipulated in Article 40 of the Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control and Article 13 of this Decree.
3. The providers of domestic violence prevention and combat support services, and individuals participating in domestic violence prevention and support at the facility, are entitled to policies as prescribed.

2. Providers of domestic violence prevention and control education services must meet the following standards and conditions:
a) Have a specific address at a fixed location.
b) Have a minimum area of 50m2 for urban areas and 100m2 for other areas.
c) The head of the facility and facility staff must meet the standards and conditions stipulated in Articles 24 and 25 of this Decree.
d) Must publicly post service prices, including room prices, food and drink services, and other services in case fees are charged for individuals seeking temporary shelter at the facility.
Thus, according to the above provisions, Providers of domestic violence prevention and control education services must meet the following standards and conditions:
- Have a specific address at a fixed location.
- Have a minimum area of 50m2 for urban areas and 100m2 for other areas.
- The head of the facility and facility staff must meet the standards and conditions as prescribed.

b) The temporary shelter room must have beds, mats, blankets, mosquito nets, lighting, cooling fans, and sanitary facilities that ensure hygiene;
c) Must have locked doors and emergency exits in case of emergencies;
d) Must meet fire prevention and control requirements if the facility has a number of rooms that require fire safety measures;
đ) Must publicly post service prices, including room prices, food and drink services, and other services in case fees are charged for individuals seeking temporary shelter at the facility;
e) The head of the temporary shelter facility and staff involved in domestic violence prevention and control must meet the standards and conditions stipulated in Articles 24 and 25 of this Decree.

a) Have a specific address at a fixed location.
