b) All criteria for achieving results of tasks as stipulated by law, planned or specifically assigned tasks are completed on time, ensuring quality and efficiency;

c) Leading, directing, and managing agencies, organizations, units, or the assigned sector to achieve all targets and tasks, with at least 80% completed on time, ensuring quality;

d) 100% of agencies, organizations, and units under direct management and supervision are evaluated at the level of completing tasks or higher.
