Pursuant to Article 4 of Regulation 131-QD/TW 2023, corrupt and negative acts in the work of Party discipline inspection, supervision, and in inspection and auditing activities include:

  1. Bribery, accepting bribes, bribery brokerage, conspiring with responsible persons, authorities, or relevant individuals to mitigate or avoid accountability for violators.
  2. Providing, disclosing information, documents, and records of the subject of inspection to unauthorized organizations and individuals, especially information, documents, and records under inspection, supervision, Party discipline enforcement, or inspection and auditing.
  3. Receiving money, assets, other material benefits, or non-material benefits, participating in recreational activities of the subject of inspection or those related to the subject of inspection.
  4. Exploiting personal relationships or leveraging their position, work advantages, personal or others' reputations to influence, seize opportunities, apply pressure on the inspected subject or relevant organizations, and individuals for profiteering or other personal motives.
  5. 1.
