- Implement well the population, marriage, and family policies

- Household has sanitary facilities, bathrooms, water storage/other similar types that are hygienic

- Support and help people in the community when in difficulty or trouble.

Thus, the standard framework for awarding the "Family of Culture" title is determined according to the content stated above.

The application dossier for the "Family of Culture" title includes:

- Proposal document for awarding the “"Family of Culture" title” title (Form No. 01);

- Summary list sheet of families meeting the standards and the results of public opinion consultation (Form No. 02);

- Meeting minutes for considering the ""Family of Culture" title" title (Form No. 03).

Decree 86/2023/ND-CP is effective from January 30, 2024.
