+ Develop plans and programs to coordinate with relevant ministries, branches and units on the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases and mental health disorders in educational institutions.
+ Research, develop, supplement and complete policies on prevention and control of non-communicable diseases and mental health disorders of students.
+ Organizing communication and educational activities suitable for students; develop materials to propagate and educate students about mental health care in schools.
+ Presiding over, monitoring, urging and inspecting the implementation of the Plan; promptly report to the leadership of the Ministry to deal with difficulties and problems in the implementation of this Plan.
