US dollars/student/school year or its equivalent in the currency of the host country. + Fees for meals, accommodation, travel, materials: (Living costs) Living expenses are granted according to the actual time studying abroad (from the date of admission to the date of completion of the course, but not exceeding that amount. the time stated in the decision of the Minister of Education in Vietnam and Training on sending to training); The payment of living expenses for learners is granted quarterly or every 6 months, ensuring that it does not affect the learners' study and research.
+ Compulsory health insurance according to regulations in the host country but not exceeding 1000 USD/year and is provided in US dollar or in the currency of the host country, in case the learner wishes to buy medical insurance. at a rate higher than that specified in this Circular, the difference must be compensated by themselves.
+ Airfares to and from, and travel expenses: Learners are granted one ticket from Vietnam to the place of study and one ticket from the place of study to Vietnam (unless it is covered by your side). the entire training period; Make payments according to current regulations on regimes and norms of state budget spending.
+ Travel expenses: (to offset airport fees and rent a vehicle from the airport to accommodation and vice versa) is granted once with a contract rate of US$100/person/for the entire Training time.

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 7 of Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT, the priority points from 2023 are as follows:
From 2023, priority points for candidates with a total score of 22.5 or higher (when converted to a 10-point scale and a maximum of 30 total points in 3 subjects) is determined by the following formula:
Priority Score = [(30 - Total Score)/7.5] x Priority Points
Accordingly, if a candidate scores 27 points, the priority score will be added up to 2/5 of the maximum priority score. When a candidate reaches 30 points, priority points will not be added.
