What is the deadline for submitting self-assessment for members of Communist Party of Vietnam according to Form 02A and 02B by the end of 2024?
According to Section 5 of Guidance 25-HD/BTCTW 2023, which regulates the responsibility of leadership, directing, organizing, and implementing as follows:
Responsibility for Leadership, Direction, Organization, and Implementation
5.1. In clause 2, it stipulates that the timing for reviewing, evaluating, and ranking quality of collectives and individuals is conducted at the end of the year and completed before December 31 each year.
For collectives and individuals in schools and educational institutions, the evaluation and ranking are based on the results of the school year; uniformly reviewing, evaluating, ranking of collectives and individuals completed before December 31 each year to ensure uniformity throughout the Communist Party.
For organizations, agencies, units with specific functions or duties not conducting year-end reviews, the immediate superior with authority will regulate and guide implementation to be completed before January 15 of the following year.
5.2. Self-assessment, evaluation, and quality ranking dossiers of collectives and individuals are managed according to regulations and submitted to the Central Organization Committee before February 15 of the following year using Form 04.
Thus, according to the above regulations, the deadline for submitting the self-assessment for members of Communist Party of Vietnam by the end of 2024 will be specifically regulated by the agency or unit. However, it must be ensured to complete before December 31, 2024, including members of Communist Party of Vietnam currently working in schools and educational institutions who must also adhere to the year-end self-assessment form submission deadline as conformable.
How much are membership fees for CPV members working abroad?
According to Section 1, Part B of the Regulations on membership fees issued with Decision 342/QD-TW 2010, which regulates the object and monthly membership fee payments. Specifically:
Monthly income for Party members to calculate membership fee payment includes: salary, some allowances, wages, living expenses, and other income. members of Communist Party of Vietnam who identify regular income pay membership fees according to a percentage (%) of monthly income (before personal income tax deductions); members who cannot determine income, specific monthly contributions for each type of object are regulated.

Thus, according to the above regulations, the membership fee for members going for labor export is a monthly contribution from 2 to 5 USD.
