“Article 7. Procedures and order for labor recruitment

2. An employee's application for registration for recruitment includes the following documents:
a) An application form for recruitment according to the form prescribed by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
b) Copies of diplomas and certificates proving professional and technical qualifications; foreign language, computer skills required by the position to be recruited;
c) Health certificate as prescribed by the Ministry of Health;
d) Other necessary papers as prescribed by law.”
Currently, there is no document that replaces this specific regulation, but a full job application in Vietnam will include:
- Job application:
