Training Level

- Having a university diploma or higher with a training major in a subject suitable to the assigned job position;

- Possess an advanced degree in political theory or advanced degree in political-administrative theory or have an equivalent certificate issued by the competent authority.

Retraining certificate

Have a certificate of retraining the state management knowledge and skills for the senior specialist rank and equivalent or advanced degrees in political and administrative theory.

Experience

- Have teaching or relevant work experience in education program management;

- Have held the principal specialist rank or equivalent for full 06 years or more, of which the period of holding the principal specialist rank is at least 01 year (full 12 months). During the period of holding the principal specialist rank and equivalent, have participated in the development and appraisal of at least 02 legal documents or scientific research topics, schemes, projects, or programs at national, ministerial, departmental, sectoral, or provincial levels that the agency employing civil servants have been assigned to preside over research and development, and has been promulgated or accepted by competent authorities.

- Have strong political bravery, consistent with Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's thought, mastering and deeply understanding the Party's guidelines and guidelines; be loyal to the Fatherland and the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; protect the interests of the Fatherland and the people;
