Conditions for promotion to professional titles of Grade II teachers working in lower secondary schools
Public employees who take the exam or are considered for promotion to professional titles of Grade II teachers working in lower secondary schools (code V.07.04.31), must have a period of time holding professional titles of Grade III teachers working in lower secondary schools (code V.07.04). .32) or equivalent for 09 (nine) years or more (excluding the probationary period) up to the deadline for submitting registration documents for examination or promotion consideration.

- Appointment to professional titles of Grade III teachers working in lower secondary schools (code V.07.04.32) for Grade III teachers working in lower secondary schools (code V.07.04.12) who meet training qualifications standards created by Grade III teachers working in lower secondary schools (code V.07.04.32);
- Appointment to professional titles of Grade II teachers working in lower secondary schools (code V.07.04.31) for Grade II teachers working in lower secondary schools (code V.07.04.11) with total time holding professional titles of Grade III teachers working in lower secondary schools (code V.07.04.12) and Grade II (code V.07.04.11) or equivalent for 09 (nine) years or more (excluding probationary period) ;

Grade III teachers working in lower secondary schools:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of Circular 03/2021/TT-BGDDT, the duties of teachers working in lower secondary schools grade III are specified as follows:
- Develop educational plans for assigned subjects and participate in building educational plans of the professional team according to the goals and educational program at the lower secondary level;
- Teach and educate students according to the educational programs and plans of the school and professional groups; Manage students in educational activities organized by the school;
- Use teaching and educational methods in the direction of promoting students' abilities and qualities, and active students' activities;
- Carry out testing activities and evaluate students' learning and training results according to regulations;
- Participate in discovering and fostering gifted students or tutoring weak students or guiding students in pedagogical practice (if any);
- Organize psychological counseling and career guidance activities for students and parents of assigned classes;
- Coordinate with relevant organizations and individuals to carry out teaching, education, psychological counseling, and career guidance activities for students;
