However, they only provide information in English. So, are there any regulations on requiring chemical safety data sheets in Vietnamese when importing chemicals? Shall chemical importers be fined when failing to attach chemical safety data sheets in Vietnamese?

Recently, I have continuously received calls from people describing themselves as employees of agencies of water, electricity, telecommunications, taxes, courts, police, etc. to threaten, slander and ask me to provide personal information for verification purposes. In addition, once I received a phone call describing itself to be the switchboard of the Traffic Police Department, they said that I violated the traffic safety law and was recorded by the camera, and asked me to pay a fine by transferring money to their account. I looked up the phone numbers above and found out they are all fake phone numbers? I also know a lot of cases like me and they got scammed a lot of money. So, will the act of using fake telephone number of switchboard to fraudulently appropriate other people's property be handled? If so, what is the fine? Looking forward to your reply, thank you.

I have just been recorded on an administrative penalty for a traffic violation. I am notified within 7 days of making a record that there will be a sanctioning decision, and I will receive this decision.
