Pursuant to Section 1 of Official Dispatch 2318/BGDDT-IT 2022 issued by the Ministry of Education and Training on June 3, 2022, guiding the list of a number of pocket calculators that can be brought into the exam room during the graduation exam. High school in 2022 prescribes the general principles of pocket computers as follows:
"first. As a general rule: Pocket computers brought into the exam room are computers that do not have a text editor function, do not have memory cards to store data, and cannot transmit or receive information or audio signals. , live images (Regulations on high school graduation exams promulgated together with Circular No. 15/2020/TT-BGDĐT, amended and supplemented in Circular No. 05/2021/TT-BGDĐT).”

High schools in 2022 have guidelines on the types of pocket calculators that can be brought into the exam room as follows:
"2. The list of some common pocket calculators that are allowed to be brought into the exam room in the High School Graduation Exam in 2022 are:
- Casio FX-500 MS, FX-570 MS, FX-570ES Plus, FX-570VN Plus, FX-580VN X, FX-880BTG;
- VinaCal 500MS, 570MS, 570ES Plus, 570ES Plus II, 570EX Plus, 680EX Plus;
- Catel NT CAVIET NT-570ES Plus II, NT-570ES Plus, NT-500MS, NT-570VN Plus, NT-580EX, NT-570NS, NT-690VE X;
- Thien Long FX590VN Flexio, FX680VN Flexio;
- Deli W1710, WD991ES;
- Eras E370, E371, E372, E379, E380;
- Vinaplus FX-580VNX PLUS II, FX-580 X, FX-580VN PLUS, FX-570VN PLUS, FX-570MS;
and pocket calculators that meet the requirements of the High School Graduation Examination Regulations.”
Accordingly, candidates can bring the types of pocket calculators listed above into the exam room to use during the exam in the 2022 high school graduation exam.
What are the responsibilities of candidates taking the high school graduation exam in Vietnam in 2022?
Pursuant to Article 14 of the Regulation promulgated together with Circular 15/2020/TT-BGDDT stipulates as follows:
“Article 14. Responsibilities of candidates
1. To register for high school graduation according to the provisions of Article 13 of this Regulation and according to the guidelines for organizing the annual high school graduation exam of the Ministry of Education and Training.
2. To be present at the examination room at the time specified in the Notice of Examination to complete the examination procedures:
a) Present the ID card or citizen identification card (collectively referred to as the citizen identification card) and receive the contest card;
b) If there are errors in the surname, middle name, first name, date of birth, priority subjects, priority area, they must immediately notify the examination officer (CBCT) or the person on duty at the examination center. Exam scores for timely processing;
c) In case of loss of the citizen identification card or other necessary papers, it must be reported immediately to the Head of the test site for consideration and handling.
3. For each exam session, be present at the exam room at the prescribed time, obey the orders of the Examination Board and the instructions of the CBCT. Candidates arriving more than 15 minutes late after the timed signal is given will not be allowed to take the exam.
4. The following regulations must be observed in the examination room:

5. When taking multiple-choice exams, apart from the provisions in Clause 4 of this Article, candidates must comply with the following regulations:
a) Must take the test on the pre-printed TLTN card according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training; only the registration number boxes, the test code boxes and the answer boxes should be filled with a black pencil; in case you make a mistake or want to change your answer, you must erase the lead in the old box, then paint the car you choose;
b) Fill accurately and sufficiently information in the blank fields at the top of the TLTN form. For the registration number, it must be filled in and filled in with all the numbers (including zeros in front); correctly fill in the exam code on the two test receipts;
c) When receiving exam questions, it is necessary to check to ensure that the component exam subjects in each Science and Social Sciences exam have the same exam code; if the test question code is not the same, the candidate must immediately notify the examination officer in the examination room within 05 (five) minutes from the time of distributing the exam paper; must put the exam questions under the TLTN sheet, not see the content of the exam questions without the permission of the CBCT;
d) Exam questions must be checked to ensure that there are enough questions, number of pages as stated in the test questions and that all pages of the exam papers have the same test code;
d) Do not submit the test before the end of the test time; at the end of the test time, must submit the TLTN form to the CBCT and sign two test receipts;
e) Only leave the examination room after the CBCT has counted the number of TLTN cards of the whole examination room and is allowed to leave the examination room.
6. When something unusual happens, you must absolutely follow the instructions of the CBCT and responsible people at the test site.”
Thus, when participating in the exam in the high school graduation exam in 2022, the candidates must perform the responsibilities according to the above regulations.
