- A profession-specific salary table according to the official rank and professional title for public employees without leadership roles; each official rank, professional title for public employees has multiple salary grades based on the principle:+ The same level of job complexity receives the same salary; working conditions higher than normal and professional incentives are managed through occupational allowance policies; re-organize groups and levels within the official rank and professional title, encouraging officials and public employees to improve their professional qualifications.+ Appointment to the official rank or professional title for public employees must be tied to the job position and the structure of official ranks, professional titles managed by the agencies, organizations, units in charge of officials and public employees.
