(1) Teaching:

- Specific tasks:

+ Assist Grade III lecturers, main lecturers (Grade II), senior lecturers (Grade I) in teaching activities, including: preparing lectures, tutoring, guiding exercises, discussions, experiments, practice, internships, and grading;

+ Guide discussions, practice, experiments, and internships.

- Performance evaluation criteria: Complete the standard teaching hours for lecturers in the academic year as stipulated.

(2) Scientific Research and Professional Development:

- Specific tasks:

+ Participate in practical activities to improve the quality of training and scientific research;

+ Study and foster advanced political theory, professional expertise, and teaching methods;

+ Participate in projects, proposals, and other professional development activities as assigned.

- Performance evaluation criteria:

+ Complete assigned tasks

+ Complete studying and fostering tasks when assigned for professional expertise and skill enhancement training.

(3) Management and Service

- Specific tasks:

+ Participate in performing the management and support duties of the unit and the School to carry out professional tasks;

+ Participate in other activities as prescribed, regulations of organization and operation of higher education institutions.

(4) Other Duties

- Specific tasks: Participate in union work and undertake other tasks according to the organizational regulations, activities of public higher education institutions, and other relevant legal provisions.
