I. Audience and Scope of the Competition
(1) Name of the competition: Online Competition “Understanding the 2024 Road Traffic Order and Safety Law” in Vinh Phuc province.
(2) Participants: Vietnamese citizens aged 14 and older living, studying, or working in Vinh Phuc province (excluding members of the Organizing Committee, auxiliary units of the Organizing Committee, and related departments).
(3) Scope: The competition is organized throughout the province.
II. Content, Form, and Timing of the Competition
(1) Content of the competition
Key contents of the 2024 Road Traffic Order and Safety Law.
(2) Form of the competition
The competition is conducted in an online multiple-choice format over the internet. Participants use a browser on computers or internet-connected mobile devices to answer the multiple-choice questions as provided in pre-set quizzes.
(3) Timing of the competition:
The competition will take place over 30 days (from 8:00 AM on February 20, 2025, to 8:00 AM on March 20, 2025).

(1) Method of Participation
- To participate, contestants access the competition's website directly.
- Participants must fully and accurately provide personal information before starting the competition.
- Information cannot be changed in subsequent participations; this will serve as the basis for the Organizing Committee to verify, evaluate, and award prizes.

Step 2: Take the test
Participants log in using the provided serial number and password to take the test and click “Enter Test.”
The maximum time for each test is 20 minutes (time starts from when the participant begins the test until they submit their test).
- Number of questions: The test consists of 20 questions (randomly selected from the Organizing Committee's question bank) and 01 prediction question for the number of people answering all questions correctly.
IV. Competition Prizes
(1) Structure and Quantity of Prizes
The Organizing Committee awards 20 prizes, including 01 First Prize, 03 Second Prizes, 06 Third Prizes, and 10 Consolation Prizes.
Winners receive a Certificate from the Organizing Committee along with a cash prize. Specifically:
- 01 First Prize: 4,000,000 VND.
- 03 Second Prizes: Each worth 3,000,000 VND.
- 06 Third Prizes: Each worth 2,000,000 VND.
- 10 Consolation Prizes: Each worth 1,000,000 VND.
Based on the competition results, the Organizing Committee may consider increasing the prize structure and levels.(2) Method of Award Consideration
The award recipients are those with exam scores ranked from highest to lowest (as calculated in Section 3, Part III of the Competition Rules) until the number of awards as stipulated by the Rules is fulfilled.

In the event of a single prize with multiple winners, the taxable income is divided among the recipients. The prize recipient must present legal proof. In the absence of legal proof, the winnings are considered taxable for one individual. If an individual wins multiple prizes in one game, the taxable income is based on the total value of all prizes.
