- Regarding political qualities, ethics, lifestyle; sense of organizational discipline; demeanor, working style:

+ Absolutely loyal to Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, and the Communist Party's renovation line; complying with, propagating, mobilizing family to follow the Party’s lines, policies of the State...

What are regulations on the deduction and payment of CPV membership fees?

Based on sub-section 1, Section 2, Part B of the Regulation on CPV membership fees policies issued with Decision 342/QD-TW 2010 which regulates the deduction, payment of Communist CPV membership fees collected outside the country. To be specific:(1) Within the country

a) Branches directly under grassroots party committees may retain from 30% to 50%, and remit 50% to 70% to the superior party committee.

b) Grassroots party organizations in communes, wards, commune-level towns may retain 90%, and remit 10% to the superior party committee.

c) Other organizations of the Communist Party may retain 70%, and remit 30% to the superior party committee.

d) Each level above the grassroots may retain 50%, and remit 50% to the superior party committee.

(2) Abroad

Branches directly under overseas party committees may retain 30%, and remit 70% to the superior party committee. The host country’s Communist Party committee may retain 50%, and remit 50% to the Overseas Communist Party Committee.

Communist Party fees collected abroad shall be remitted 100% to the Office of the Central Communist Party.

Note: Party committees directly under the provincial and municipal party committees remit 50% to the financial authority of the provincial and municipal party committees.

Party committees under the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party, and the Central Public Security Commission of the Communist Party may retain 50%, and remit 50% to the Office of the Central Communist Party.

What incomes are bases for determining CPV membership fees?

Pursuant to Section 1 Part B of the Regulation on party fee policies issued under Decision 342/QD-TW 2010, it is stipulated that CPV membership fees based on the following incomes:

- Salary

- Certain allowances

- Wages

- Living expenses

- Other income
