The monthly income of CPV members for calculating Party fee contributions includes: salary, some allowances; wages, living allowances; other income. members of Communist Party of Vietnam who can identify regular income, pay Party fees according to a percentage (%) of monthly income (excluding personal income tax); members who cannot determine income follow a specific monthly contribution level for each subject type.
