Based on sub-section 1 Section 1 Part B of the Regulation on Communist Party fee policies issued with Decision 342/QD-TW of 2010 regulating the subjects and levels of monthly Party fee contributions. Specifically:

The monthly income of CPV members for calculating Party fee contributions includes: salary, some allowances; wages, living allowances; other income. members of Communist Party of Vietnam who can identify regular income, pay Party fees according to a percentage (%) of monthly income (excluding personal income tax); members who cannot determine income follow a specific monthly contribution level for each subject type.
