Vietnam: Requirements for the equipment in DIY training equipment contest

This is the content of Circular 22/2022/TT-BLDTBXH on DIY training equipment contest promulgated by the Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam on October 31, 2022.

According to the competition rules, participating DIY training equipment includes models, tools, equipment parts, complete equipment, software, and other technical means used in the training process.

At the same time, the following are the equipment requirements for the DIY training equipment contest in Vietnam:

- The device is self-invented and installed at vocational education establishments by the author or group of authors;

- The equipment does not infringe industrial or intellectual property rights.

- Equipment that demonstrates creativity, is appropriate for training programs, and contributes to the improvement of training quality;

- Equipment that has won first, second, and third place at a higher level is not permitted to compete at a lower level in subsequent contests.

- Equipment that has won first, second, or third place at any level is not permitted to compete in the following competitions at the corresponding level.

- No equipment may be added, changed, repaired, reinforced, or arbitrarily moved from the position determined by the organizing committee during the contest period.

Equipment participating in the competition must be introduced and operated by the author or a representative of the author's group at the request of the Organizing Committee and the Jury during the contest's duration in Vietnam.

Vietnam's Circular 22/2022/TT-BLDTBXH takes effect on January 1, 2023.
