07 annulled Circulars of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam from February 05, 2024

Annul entirely the following circulars issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam:

- Circular 48/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated July 5, 2011, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgation of the national technical regulation on plant variety testing.

- Circular 67/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 17, 2011, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgation of the national technical regulation on plant variety testing.

- Circular 24/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 19, 2012, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgation of the national technical regulation on plant variety testing.

- Circular 33/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 21, 2013, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgation of the national technical regulation on plant variety testing.

- Circular 05/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated February 10, 2014, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgation of the national technical regulation in the field of cultivation.

- Circular 06/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated February 10, 2014, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development governing the Vietnam Golden Rice Award.

- Circular 28/2019/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 31, 2019, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development prescribing technical requirements for testing banned chemicals and antibiotics in aquatic food.

Partial annulment of 06 Circulars issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam from February 05, 2024

Partially annul the following circulars issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam:

- Annul Clause 1, Article 1 of Circular 55/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 28, 2009, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgation of national technical regulations on plant protection and quarantine.

- Annul Clauses 1, 2, and 5, Article 1 of Circular 26/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated April 27, 2010, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgation of national technical regulations on plant quarantine and protection.

- Annul Clauses 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10, Article 1 of Circular 71/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 10, 2010, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgation of national technical regulations on plant quarantine and protection.

- Annul Clauses 2, 3, and 6, Article 1 of Circular 45/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 24, 2011, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgation of national technical regulations on plant variety quality.

- Annul Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 14, and 15, Article 1 of Circular 63/2012/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 14, 2012, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgation of national technical regulations on plant quarantine and protection.

- Annul Clauses 1, 2, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Article 1 of Circular 32/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 14, 2013, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgation of national technical regulations on plant quarantine and protection.

- Annul Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23, Article 1 of Circular 16/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 5, 2014, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on promulgation of national technical regulations on plant quarantine and protection.
