To amend many forms related to radio and television service management in Vietnam

Specifically, Circular 05/2023/TT-BTTTT amend many forms related to the management, provision, and use of radio and television services as follows:

- Amending Forms No. 01/DVTHTT, Form No. 02/DVTHTT, Form No. 05/DVTHTT, Form No. 06/DVTHTT, and Form No. 07/DVTHTT, adding Forms No. 09A/DVTHTT, Form No. 10A/DVTHTT, and Form No. 10B/DVTHTT specified in Clause 1, Article 2 of Circular 19/2016/TT-BTTTT, as follows:

+ An application form for a license to provide pay radio and television services: Form No. 01/DVTHTT

+ License to provide pay radio and television services: Form No. 02/DVTHTT

+ Declaration of registration, registration for modification, and supplementation of the list of program channels on pay radio and television services: Form No. 05/DVTHTT

+ Certificate of registration of channel lists on pay radio and television services: Form No. 06/DVTHTT

+ Declaration of registration to receive foreign television signals directly from satellites: Form No. 07/DVTHTT

+ Periodic reports on content provision on pay radio and television services: Form No. 09A/DVTHTT

+ Monthly quick report on content provision activities on pay radio and television services: Form No. 10A/DVTHTT

+ Making a profile to track content on on-demand services, value-added services, and advertising: Form No. 10B/DVTHTT

- Amending Forms No. 13/SXCT and Form No. 15/BTCT, supplementing Form No. 16A/SXCT specified in Clause 2, Article 2 of Circular 19/2016/TT-BTTTT, as follows:

+ License to produce domestic radio and television program channels: Form No. 13/SXCT

+ License to edit foreign program channels on pay radio and television services: Form No. 15/BTCT

+ Report on the production, editing, and translation of content as required: Form No. 16A/SXCT
