The list of 15 documents that will completely expire in the field under the State Bank of Vietnam in 2023 is as follows:

- Decree 159/2003/ND-CP dated December 10, 2003 on the supply and use of checks;

- Decree 116/2013/ND-CP dated October 4, 2013 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Anti-Money Laundering Law 2012;

- Decree 87/2019/ND-CP dated November 14, 2019  amending a number of Articles of the Decree 116/2013/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of Articles of the Anti-Money Laundering Law

- Decision 130/2003/QD-TTg dated June 30, 2003 on the protection of Vietnamese money;

- Decision 20/2013/QD-TTg dated April 18, 2013 regulating the value level of high value transactions subject to report;

- Circular 02/2012/TT-NHNN dated October 25, 2012 (declassified document) regulating technical standards for vaults and specialized vehicles of credit institutions and foreign bank branches;

- Circular 03/2013/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2013 providing on credit information activity of the State Bank of Vietnam;

- Circular 35/2013/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2013 guiding implemetation of a number of provisions on prevention of money laundering

- Circular 12/2014/TT-NHNN dated March 31, 2014 regulating the requirements for taking foreign loans applied to companies not guaranteed by the Government;

- Circular 31/2014/TT-NHNN dated November 11, 2014 amending a number of articles of Circular 35/2013/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2013 guiding implemetation of a number of provisions on prevention of money laundering;

- Circular 07/2017/TT-NHNN dated July 31, 2017 regulating the supervision of destruction of money that does not meet circulation standards, suspension of circulation and destruction of damaged printed money, damaged minted money, damaged money printing paper, and damaged coin minting metal;

- Circular 27/2017/TT-NHNN dated December 29, 2017 amending a number of articles of Circular 03/2013/TT-NHNN dated January 28, 2013 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on credit information-related activities of the State Bank of Vietnam

- Circular 20/2019/TT-NHNN dated November 14, 2019 amending a number of articles of Circular 35/2013/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2013 guiding implemetation of a number of provisions on prevention of money laundering;

- Circular 10/2020/TT-NHNN dated November 2, 2020 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 28/2015/TT-NHNN dated December 18, 2015 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on management and use of digital signature, digital certificate and digital signature certifying service of State bank
