Plan for organizing the entrance quality inspection of officials for 2024 in Vietnam

Specifically, in implementing Government's  Decree 06/2023/ND-CP dated February 21, 2023, which regulates the entrance quality inspection of officials, the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a plan for organizing the entrance quality inspection of officials in 2024, with the following objectives, requirements, and timelines:

- Objectives

To inspect the entrance quality of official in order to assess and recognize the necessary foundational knowledge of candidates before they participate in official recruitment to work in state administrative agencies, the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations. This serves as the basis for competent agencies, organizations, and units to select and meet the requirements and tasks, contributing to improving the quality of official recruitment in the current period.

- Requirements

+ The plan must be specific, feasible, scientific, and in accordance with legal regulations.

+ The organization of the inspection must ensure the principles of fairness, transparency, openness, objectivity, and compliance with legal regulations. It should enhance the application of information technology and digital transformation in the organization of the entrance quality inspection of officials.

+ The plan should be detailed, clearly defining the time and results of implementation, as well as the responsibilities of related organizations, units, and individuals for each inspection period.

- Timeline for organizing the examination

+ The time for organizing the inspection period: July and November 2024.

+ The specific timeline will be announced by the Inspection Council on the Ministry of Home Affairs' Electronic Information Portal and the Information Portal on the entrance quality inspection of officials.
