Specifically, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment prepared a Plan to develop the Land Law Project (amendment) and submitted it to the National Assembly for comment at its 4th session in Vietnam (October 2022) in the coming time, in which:

- By June 20, 2022, the draft Land Law (amendment) will be publicly posted on the Government's website, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the same time, send written comments to ministries, sectors and localities in Vietnam.

- The organization of working with ministries, sectors, localities, National Assembly delegations and organizing consultation workshops according to the Plan is as follows:

+ Working with National Assembly deputies on the draft Land Law (amendment): 01 working session with a number of dedicated National Assembly deputies in Hanoi: July 2022; Consultation conference with National Assembly deputies in 03 regions in Vietnam: June, July, August 2022.

+ Organizing seminars with experts, scientists, managers, international organizations in Vietnam  according to thematic groups:

(1) Land use planning;

(2) Land finance, land prices;

(3) Land acquisition; compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovers land;

(4) The land use regime, rights and obligations of land users...

Implementation period in Vietnam: June, July 2022.

+ Working with ministries and branches on the Land Law Project (amendment): July, August 2022.

+ Organizing seminars with localities and enterprises in Vietnam: July, August 2022.
