- Number of staff to be recruited: 08 staff.

- Number of job vacancies recruited: Full-time legal: 08 people.

2. Conditions to apply for the recruitment of public employees at the State Legal Aid Center in HCMC, Vietnam in 2023

- Persons who fully satisfy the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, gender, social class, belief, or religion, may register to be public employees:

+ Having Vietnamese nationality and residing in Vietnam;

+ Being full 18 years old or older and within the working age as prescribed;

+ Having a registration form for public employee recruitment;

+ Having a clear background;

+ Health enough to perform the task;

+ Having diplomas, training certificates suitable to the job position (detailed table attached)

- The following people are not allowed to register for public service recruitment:

+ Loss of civil act capacity or restricted civil act capacity;

+ Being examined for penal liability; serving criminal judgments or decisions of the Court; applying administrative handling measures; sending to compulsory detoxification establishments, sending to compulsory education establishments, sending to reformatories.

4. Time and place to submit the application for the recruitment of public employees at the State Legal Aid Center of HCMC, Vietnam in 2023

- Time: From April 5, 2023, to the end of May 4, 2023 (during office hours, except Saturday and Sunday).

- Location to receive the application form: submit in person or by post to the State Legal Aid Center, 470 Nguyen Tri Phuong, Ward 9, District 10, HCMC, Tel. 028 38346080 (Administration-General Department met with Mr. Tran Minh Loc).

5. Priority subjects in the recruitment of public employees of the State Legal Aid Center of HCMC, Vietnam in 2023

- Subjects and priority points in admission:

+ Heroes of the Armed Forces, Heroes of Labor, War Invalids, and beneficiaries of policies such as Class B War Invalids and War invalids: 7.5 points will be added to the second round score;

+ Ethnic minority people, military public employees, police public employees, professional servicemen, people doing cipher work changing branches, graduates of reserve officer training, graduates of commanders of commune-level military commands of grassroots military branches shall be conferred the rank of reserve officer who has registered for the rank of reserve officer, children of martyrs, children of war invalids, children of sick soldiers, children of policy beneficiaries such as war invalids, children of class B invalids, children of resistance activists infected with toxic chemicals, Hero of the Armed Forces, Hero of Labor: 5 points will be added to the 2nd round score;

+ Those who have completed their military service, the obligation to join the People's Police, and volunteer youth members: 2.5 points will be added to the 2nd round score.

- In case the candidate belongs to many priority categories, only the highest priority score will be added to the result of round 2.
