2. Instructions on how to fill out the commitment to self-cultivation and continuous improvement in Vietnam in 2024

Based on Regulation 101-QD/TW in 2012, party members can refer to the following content to fill out the commitment to self-cultivation and continuous improvement for the year 2024.

(1) Regarding political ideology:

- Always be loyal to Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's ideology, and the Party's renewal path; no signs of ideological regression, "self-evolution," or "self-transformation."

- Strictly implement the Party's and State's regulations; commit to not regress; seriously practice transparency, democracy in personnel work, finance, emulation - commendation, discipline, etc.

- Be absolutely loyal; trust in the Party's leadership; have a progressive mindset; actively study, research, and explore new issues to update knowledge and reinforce political ideology. Strictly adhere to the Party's organizational principles, speak and act according to resolutions, and do not violate the 27 signs of ideological regression.

(2) Regarding moral qualities and lifestyle:

- Continuously cultivate and nurture the study and practice of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; maintain moral qualities and a righteous lifestyle; be an example in work and life in the struggle against individualism, bureaucracy, corruption, and wastefulness; strictly comply with the regulations on what party members should not do; no signs of moral regression or lifestyle regression.

- Actively cultivate and maintain a clean and simple lifestyle; be conscious of setting an example and bonding with comrades and colleagues in the organization, work, and local people.

- Continue to cultivate specific, scientific working styles; democratic, decisive, and thorough leadership styles.

(3) Regarding the fulfillment of assigned duties and responsibilities:

- Always uphold a sense of responsibility in performing assigned tasks; innovate working methods and styles; comply with and propagate; mobilize officials, party members, families, and people to implement the Party's lines, viewpoints, resolutions, State policies, and laws; actively study to improve qualifications and work capacity; and fulfill assigned duties and responsibilities well.

- Propose key tasks to be assigned to comrades in the Party Committee; at the same time, coordinate the work according to the program, focusing on key issues.

- Focus on directing the Office and advisory boards to prepare the content for conferences well; resolutely do not submit unprepared content to conferences.

(4) Regarding disciplinary organization:

Strictly adhere to the Party's organizational principles; comply with the assignments of the organization; voluntarily comply with resolutions, regulations of the Party, State laws, regulations, and internal rules of agencies, units, and places of residence.
