From 1997 to 2013, the 2 hectares of land he and his wife reclaimed were recovered by the District Vocational Training Center. From 2013 to 2020, he was illegally occupied by Mr. H - an employee of Company C. In 2020, Mr. H exploits the acacia trees planted in the area that Mr. H has occupied. After mining, Mr. and Mrs. H met him and his wife and suggested that he and his wife sell the land plot that Mr. H and his wife had occupied, but he and his wife did not sell. In September 2020, he and his wife planted 6,000 acacia trees on their plot of land that was occupied by Mr. H and his wife. - Quoted content: "On July 16, 2020, Mr. K and Mrs. T bought a piece of land from Mr. Th and Mrs. D in district B, Yen Bai province. There is a contract on land use rights transfer between the two parties at the Notary Office with the following contents: Mr. Luong Toan Th and Ms. Nguyen Thi D transferred to Mr. and Mrs. K and Mrs. T the right to use land in the certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and properties attached to the land. After receiving the transfer, Mr. and Mrs. K completed the procedures for registration of the above-mentioned land use rights and were granted a land use right certificate. However, the Certificate only shows that Mr. K and Mrs. T own the land area, not housing or other construction works. When Mr. K's family hired someone to repair the house at level 4, Mr. D obstructed and prevented Mr. K's family from repairing it and continued to dismantle some properties.
