Who are the visiting lecturers of the State Audit Office of Vietnam?

Under the provisions of Clause 2, Article 3 of the regulations on visiting lecturers of the State Audit Office of Vietnam issued together with Decision 1826/QD-KTNN in 2012, visiting lecturers of the State Audit Office of Vietnam are officials and public employees, scientists, and managers of the State Audit Office of Vietnam who conduct teaching activities at the State Audit Office of Vietnam and are approved and recognized by the State Auditor General of Vietnam.

According to Clause 1, Article 3 of the regulations on visiting lecturers of the State Audit Office of Vietnam issued together with Decision 1826/QD-KTNN in 2012, visiting lecturers are those invited by the State Audit Office of Vietnam and its affiliated units to participate in teaching, guidance of practice, dissemination of experience, and propagation of law (hereinafter collectively referred to as teaching) at the State Audit Office of Vietnam and its affiliated units.

What are the teaching responsibilities of visiting lecturers at the State Audit Office of Vietnam?

According to Article 6 of the regulations on visiting lecturers of the State Audit Office of Vietnam, issued together with Decision 1826/QD-KTNN in 2012, the responsibilities are as follows:

Teaching responsibilities of officials and public employees at the State Audit Office of Vietnam

1. Officials and public employees of the State Audit Office of Vietnam are tasked with participating in teaching, developing programs, compiling materials, sharing experiences, and propagating laws at their workplace as assigned by their unit head and at the State Audit Office of Vietnam when required.

2. Officials and public employees recognized by the State Auditor General of Vietnam as visiting lecturers of the State Audit Office of Vietnam are tasked with participating in teaching, sharing experiences, propagating laws, developing programs, compiling materials... at the State Audit Office of Vietnam and its training institutions; participating in teaching at their workplace and other units in the sector.

Thus, officials and public employees recognized by the State Auditor General of Vietnam as visiting lecturers of the State Audit Office of Vietnam shall:

- Participate in teaching, share experiences, propagate laws, develop programs, compile materials... at the State Audit Office of Vietnam and its training institutions;

- Participate in teaching at their workplace and other units within the sector.

What are the policies applicable to visiting lecturers of the State Audit Office of Vietnam?

According to Article 9 of the regulations on visiting lecturers of the State Audit Office of Vietnam issued together with Decision 1826/QD-KTNN in 2012, the policies are as follows:

Policies for visiting lecturers and rapporteurs

1. For visiting lecturers of the State Audit Office of Vietnam

a) Enjoy policies regarding teaching remuneration and materials compilation funding; provided with and supported by materials, teaching equipment as per State and State Audit Office of Vietnam regulations.

b) Receive training, professional development, and pedagogical skill development to meet teaching requirements; participate in professional activities, are facilitated in scientific research at training and research institutions of the State Audit Office of Vietnam.

c) The time spent teaching at the State Audit Office of Vietnam and its affiliated units is acknowledged when state agencies consider appointing titles of associate professor, professor, and confer the titles of "Teacher of Merit", "People's Teacher" under current State regulations.

2. Rapporteurs of the unit enjoy policies as stipulated in points a, b, clause 1 of this Article.

Under the above regulation, the policies applicable to visiting lecturers of the State Audit Office of Vietnam are as follows:

- Enjoy policies regarding teaching remuneration and materials compilation funding; provided with and supported by materials, and teaching equipment as per State and State Audit Office of Vietnam regulations.

- Receive training, professional development, and pedagogical skill development to meet teaching requirements; participate in professional activities facilitated in scientific research at training and research institutions of the State Audit Office of Vietnam.

- The time spent teaching at the State Audit Office of Vietnam and its affiliated units is acknowledged when state agencies consider appointing the titles of associate professor, and professor, and confer the titles of "Teacher of Merit", and "People's Teacher" under current State regulations.
