1. The evaluation of student affairs of the School is carried out based on 09 criteria groups and scores are calculated on a 100-point scale. The specific scoring framework is as follows:

a) Criterion Group 1: Organizational system, management, and administrative work: 15 points;

b) Criterion Group 2: Student management work: 15 points;

c) Criterion Group 3: Career guidance, job counseling, and support activities, services for students: 10 points;

d) Criterion Group 4: Implementing policies towards students: 10 points;

e) Criterion Group 5: Organizing cultural, artistic, extracurricular sports activities, and student movements: 15 points;

f) Criterion Group 6: Political and ideological education, ethics, lifestyle education, and assessment of students' results: 10 points;

g) Criterion Group 7: School health work: 10 points;

h) Criterion Group 8: Ensuring school security, order, traffic safety education, crime prevention, and social evils prevention: 10 points;

i) Criterion Group 9: Encouraged content achievements: 05 points.

2. The specific content of each criterion and evaluation scoring framework is stipulated in the Appendix issued together with these Regulations.

Additionally, according to Article 24 of the Regulations issued together with Circular 17/2017/TT-BLDTBXH, the classification of student affairs is stipulated as follows:

- The classification of student affairs of the School is based on the total score obtained from all the evaluated criteria groups.

- The student affairs work of the School is classified into 05 categories:

+ Excellent: Total score from 90 points and above;

+ Good: Total score from 80 to below 90 points;

+ Average: Total score from 70 to below 80 points;

+ Below Average: Total score from 50 to below 70 points;

+ Fail: Total score below 50 points.

[1] Comply with the guidelines and policies of the Communist Party, the laws of the State, and the rules and regulations of the School.

[2] Study and train according to the program and training plan of the School; proactively and actively study, research, and be creative.

[3] Actively train ethics and lifestyle; respect teachers, staff, and other students in the School; unite, help each other in studies and training; implement cultural lifestyle in school.

[4] Participate in public labor, volunteering activities, and social activities for the community, according to the School's requirements and other student activities.

[5] Participate in preventing and combating negative behaviors, cheating in studies, exams, and evaluations; promptly report to the department, the functional unit, the Principal, or the competent authority when detecting negative behaviors, cheating, or violations of the laws and the rules and regulations of the School.

[6] Participate in activities to ensure security, order, traffic safety, crime prevention, and social evil prevention in schools, families, and communities.

[7] Be conscious of protecting the School’s property.

[8] Pay tuition fees and health insurance as prescribed.

[9] Perform other duties according to the law and the School's regulations.
