Under Article 1 of Decision 1419/QD-TTg in 2012, the regulation is as follows:
Classification of special-class national sites (third batch) for the following sites:
1. Historical, architectural, and archaeological site Co Loa (Dong Anh district, Hanoi city).
2. Historical and architectural site Tran Temple and Pho Minh Pagoda (Nam Dinh city, Nam Dinh province).
3. Bach Dang historical site (district-level town Quang Yen, Uong Bi city, Quang Ninh province).
4. Historical site and scenic beauty Yen Tu (Uong Bi city, Dong Trieu district, Quang Ninh province).
5. Historical and architectural site Lam Kinh (Tho Xuan district, Ngoc Lac district, Thanh Hoa province).
6. Historical site Nguyen Du Memorial Area (Nghi Xuan district, Ha Tinh province).
7. Architectural site Keo Pagoda (Vu Thu district, Thai Binh province).
8. Archaeological and architectural site Oc Eo – Ba The (Thoai Son district, An Giang province).
9. Archaeological and architectural site Go Thap (Thap Muoi district, Dong Thap province).
10. Scenic beauty Ba Be Lake (Ba Be district, Bac Kan province).
11. Scenic beauty Cat Tien National Park (Dong Nai province, Lam Dong province, Binh Phuoc province).
The protection area of the sites is determined according to the Minutes and the Map of the protected areas in the dossier.
Therefore, according to the regulation, Tran Temple was recognized as a national historical site on September 27, 2012.
