2. The specialized team has the following tasks:
a) Proactively develop teaching and educational plans according to the subject program, educational activities under the specialized management by week, month, semester, and school year; cooperate with other specialized teams to develop the school's educational plan.
b) Propose the selection of textbooks and reference publications for use in the school according to the regulations of the Minister of Education and Training.
c) Implement the specialized team's educational plan according to the school's educational plan approved by the school council.
d) Participate in assessing and rating teachers according to the professional standards of teachers in common educational institutions as regulated by the Minister of Education and Training.
đ) Participate in professional and vocational training according to the plans of the specialized team and the school.
e) Perform other tasks assigned by the principal.

1. For the school:
a) Registration record book.
b) School report card.
c) Student tracking and evaluation book (by class).
d) Educational records for disabled students (if any).
đ) School's educational plan (by school year).
e) Lesson note book.
g) Diploma and certificate issuance management book.
h) Management and archive records of incoming and outgoing documents.
i) Educational equipment and library management documents.
k) Asset and finance management documents.
l) Records for staff, teacher, and employee inspection and evaluation.
m) Student health monitoring records.
n) Student reward and discipline records.
o) Education universalization records (for secondary level).
2. For the specialized team:
a) The specialized team's educational plan (by school year).
b) Notes on the content of professional meetings.
3. For teachers:
a) Teacher's educational plan (by school year).
b) Teaching plan (lesson plan).
c) Student tracking and evaluation book.
d) Homeroom teacher's log book (for teachers working as homeroom teachers).
4. Records stipulated in Clauses 1, 2, and 3 of this Article in electronic form can replace paper records according to a suitable roadmap based on the local conditions, school conditions, teacher's ability to implement, and ensuring the legality of electronic records. The management of electronic records is regulated by the Department of Education and Training according to connection standards, data standards set by the Ministry of Education and Training.
5. The preservation of management documents for educational activities of the school must comply with legal regulations.
