2. The winter uniform includes:
a) Jackets.

3. On non-uniform days, students must dress neatly and cleanly, ensuring seriousness.

What are the principles for students wearing uniforms in Vietnam?

- Principles of wearing uniforms:
+ Ensure aesthetics, suitable for the gender, age of students, national cultural identity, and characteristics of each locality while maintaining stability, showcasing the school's tradition.

+ Distinguish graduates by training levels: vocational, university.
+ Ensure scientific integrity, reflecting the cultural traditions of Vietnam.
- If the uniform or ceremonial attire is sponsored by organizations or individuals domestically or internationally, it must comply with the regulations in this document and should not be exploited for advertising purposes.
- Encourage students from ethnic minorities to wear their traditional costumes on holidays, festivals, and on non-uniform days.

1. Based on the climate and weather of each region, the conditions of the school, and the consensus of the parents, the principal decides on the wearing of uniforms and determines the style, color, and number of uniform days in a week.
2. Any changes in the style or color of the uniform must be agreed upon by the school council and the parents' representative board.
3. Parents or the parents' representative board organize the making or purchasing of uniforms in accordance with this Circular and other school regulations.
Referring to the above regulations, the student uniform in the summer includes:
