Teaching and Education operations at the Center
1. Students are organized into classes. Each class has no more than 12 students. The arrangement of classes for students is based on their abilities, needs, and educational results from the previous school year (if any).
2. The Center organizes teaching and education according to the Center's educational plan:
a) The educational plan of the Center is a plan to organize the teaching and education of disabled students according to specialized education methods.
b) The Center's educational plan is developed based on the implementation of the preschool education curriculum, the general education curriculum issued by the Minister of Education and Training, and specific skills education content suitable to the abilities and needs of disabled students; the Director of the Center approves, reports to the Department of Education and Training, and other specialized management agencies as per regulations to organize implementation.
3. Specific skills education content is organized for at least 5 sessions (learning operations)/week, in accordance with the needs and abilities of individual students. Based on the students' educational needs, the Center may arrange additional hours for educational support/individual intervention.

Pursuant to Article 16 of the Regulation on the Organization and operations of the Center for support of inclusive education development issued with Circular 20/2022/TT-BGDDT regulating the enrollment of disabled students at the Center as follows:
Enrollment of Disabled Students at the Center
- Annually, the Center develops an enrollment plan for disabled students to organize teaching and education at the Center, submits it to the Department of Education and Training for approval. The Center publicly implements the enrollment plan and organizes the enrollment of disabled students at the Center in accordance with the regulations.
- The Director of the Center is responsible for ensuring transparency, fairness, objectivity, and compliance with the law in the enrollment process.
- Report to the Department of Education and Training about the enrollment results as per regulations
Thus, the enrollment of disabled students at the Center for support of inclusive education development is conducted annually.

Students
1. Students of the Center are those who receive early educational intervention according to the approved plan, disabled students studying at the Center through specialized education methods, and learners registered to participate in a learning and enrichment program of the Center.
2. Duties of the students
a) Fully comply with the learning and practice requirements as stipulated by the Center;
b) Fully comply with the Center's rules and the regulations of this Regulation; maintain and protect the Center's assets;
c) Respect the management staff, teachers, and employees of the Center; exhibit behavior and language consistent with the ethics and culture of the community; wear neat, polite attire suitable for their age and conducive to learning and operations at the Center.
3. Rights of the students
a) To be respected and treated equally; to be provided with full information about their learning and training;
b) To choose the content and learning form suitable to their conditions and abilities and those of the Center; to be facilitated to continue being supported when transitioning between educational institutions;
c) To have their legitimate rights protected directly or through their legal representatives; to participate in giving feedback about matters related to the Center's teaching and education operations.
Thus, students at the Center for support of inclusive education development in Vietnam have the following rights:
- To be respected and treated equally; to be provided with full information about their learning and training;
