- Verify corrections of scores and evaluation levels by subject teachers; compile the results of students' conduct and academic performance each semester and the whole school year in the Student Monitoring and Evaluation Book (by class), Student Report Cards.
- Evaluate students' conduct results each semester and the whole school year; compile student lists for class promotion, re-evaluation of subjects, conduct during summer break, non-promotion, and awards.
- Record or input each student's evaluation results in the Student Monitoring and Evaluation Book (by class), Student Report Cards:
+ Remarks on students' conduct and academic performance; levels of performance and academic evaluation.
