Sudoku is a logic-based number-placement puzzle game. This game takes the form of a 9x9 grid, divided into nine 3x3 sub-blocks. The objective of Sudoku is to fill the numbers from 1 to 9 into the grid so that each row, each column, and each 3x3 block contain all the numbers from 1 to 9 without duplicating.

Basic Rules of Sudoku:

  1. 9x9 Grid: Consists of 81 empty cells, divided into nine 3x3 blocks.

  2. Fill Numbers from 1 to 9: Each row, column, and 3x3 block must contain all the numbers from 1 to 9, without duplication.

  3. Pre-filled Numbers: Some cells will have numbers filled in as hints.

Tips for Solving Sudoku Easily:

  1. Last Empty Cell: Identify the last empty cell in a row, column, or 3x3 block and fill in the missing number.

  2. Remaining Possible Numbers: Consider the numbers already present in the row, column, and 3x3 block to find the missing number.

  3. Notes: Use notes to fill in potential options for each empty cell, making it easier to eliminate unsuitable numbers.

  4. Obvious Single Number: Find cells where only one number can be placed.

  5. Obvious Pair: Find two cells with the same possible pair of numbers in a 3x3 block and eliminate them from other cells.

What are the retraining contents regarding formulating teaching and educational plans for the development of students' traits and competencies in Vietnam?

According to Section 3 of the Regular Retraining Program for Teachers of General Education Institutions issued with Circular 17/2019/TT-BGDDT, Module 4 involves formulating teaching and educational plans for the development of students' traits and competencies as follows:

(1) Module Name: Formulating teaching and educational plans for the development of students' traits and competencies, part of the retraining requirement under the Professional Development Standards.

(2) Module Code: GVPT 04

(3) Main Content of the Module:

- General matters about teaching and education focusing on students' traits and competence development in general educational institutions.

- Formulation of plans and organization of teaching and educational activities focusing on students' traits and competence development in general educational institutions.

- Development of subject curricula and educational activities in general educational institutions.

(4) Implementation Time: 40 lessons (16 theoretical lessons, 24 practical lessons)

(5) Required outcomes:

- Present general matters about teaching and education focusing on students' traits and competence development in general educational institutions, suitable for different educational levels and regions.

- Develop and adjust teaching and educational plans, organize teaching and educational activities to meet subject curricula requirements, and educational activities focusing on students' traits and competence development in general educational institutions, suitable for different educational levels and regions.

- Support colleagues in building, adjusting, and organizing teaching and educational activities focusing on students' traits and competence development.

Are primary school teachers in Vietnam required to undergo retraining regarding formulating teaching and educational plans?

In Section 2 of the Regular Retraining Program for Teachers of General Education Institutions issued with Circular 17/2019/TT-BGDDT on the regulated entities:

The Regular Retraining Program for Teachers of General Education Institutions applies to teachers currently teaching at primary schools, lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, schools with multiple educational levels, specialized schools, boarding and semi-boarding ethnic secondary schools (collectively referred to as general education institutions).
