What are rules for writing foreign proper names in Vietnamese?
When writing foreign proper nouns in Vietnamese, there are several basic rules to follow. Students can refer to the rules for writing foreign proper nouns as follows:

Capitalize the first letter: The first letter of each component forming a proper noun must be capitalized. For example: "John Smith", "Paris".

Hyphenation: If the proper noun consists of multiple words, these words should be connected with hyphens. For example: "Lu-i Pa-xtơ" (Louis Pasteur), "Giô-dép" (Joseph).

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulation on evaluation of primary students issued together with Circular 27/2020/TT-BGDDT:
Periodic Assessment
- Periodic assessment of learning content of subjects and educational activities
a) In the middle of the first semester, the end of the first semester, the middle of the second semester, and the end of the school year, the subject teachers, based on the regular assessment process and the required achievements, specifically express the capability components of each subject and educational activity to evaluate students for each subject and educational activity as follows:
- Well completed: fulfill the learning requirements well and frequently manifest specific expressions of the capability components of the subject or educational activity;
- Completed: fulfill the learning requirements and have specific expressions of the capability components of the subject or educational activity;
- Not completed: not fulfill some learning requirements or lack specific expressions of the capability components of the subject or educational activity.
b) At the end of the first semester and the end of the school year, for mandatory subjects: Vietnamese, Math, Foreign Language 1, History and Geography, Science, Informatics, and Technology, there is a periodic test;
For grades 4 and 5, there are additional periodic tests for Vietnamese and Math in the middle of the first and second semesters.
c) The periodic test proposal is appropriate to the required achievements and specific expressions of the capability components of the subject, including questions and exercises designed according to the following levels:
- Level 1: Recognize, recall, or describe the learned content and apply it directly to solve familiar situations, study problems;
- Level 2: Connect and arrange some learned content to solve problems with similar content;
- Level 3: Apply learned content to solve new problems or give reasonable feedback in study and life.

Thus, the Vietnamese Language subject in Grade 5, besides the final semester test like other subjects, also has additional periodic tests in the middle of the first and second semesters.
How many levels are students' educational results in Vietnam evaluated?
According to Article 9 of the Regulation on evaluation of primary students issued together with Circular 27/2020/TT-BGDDT, at the end of the school year, based on the comprehensive evaluation process of learning results for each subject, educational activity, and each main competence, core capability, the head teacher evaluates student educational results according to four levels:
- Excellent Completion: Students whose evaluation results for subjects, educational activities reach the Well Completed level; qualities, capabilities reach the Good level; the final year periodic test scores in subjects are 9 points or higher;
- Well Completed: Students who have not reached the Excellent Completion level, but their evaluation results for subjects, educational activities are at the Well Completed level; qualities, capabilities are at the Good level; the final year periodic test scores in subjects are 7 points or higher;
- Completed: Students who have not reached the Excellent Completion and Well Completed levels, but their evaluation results for subjects, educational activities are at the Well Completed or Completed level; qualities, capabilities are at the Good or Achieved level; the final year periodic test scores in subjects are 5 points or higher;
- Not Completed: Students who do not belong to the above categories.
