What are regulations on health education communication conducted in universities in Vietnam?
Based on Article 4 of Circular 33/2021/TT-BYT, health education communication in universities includes:
- Content of health education communication encompasses: Measures to prevent accidents and injuries; enhancing physical activities, proper nutrition, healthy lifestyles; school-related diseases; prevention and control of infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections; non-communicable diseases; prevention of tobacco, alcohol, drug, and other addictive substances harm and other health-related content.
- The forms of health education communication are as follows:
+ Through media such as loudspeakers, billboards, posters, propaganda films;
+ Group communication for learners based on appropriate classification according to each type and scale of training.
+ Personal communication for learners;
+ Communication during events: Organizing health education contests, cultural performances, sports activities, and integrating health education content in other school events;
+ Integrating into lectures and extracurricular programs of the educational institution;
+ Distributing communication products and materials to learners;
+ Organizing other forms of health education communication as per the law.
- Implementing propaganda, dissemination, and education on school health laws within educational institutions according to Articles 23 and 24 of the Law on Dissemination and Education of Laws 2012.

According to Article 5 of Circular 33/2021/TT-BYT, the provisions on ensuring school hygiene are as follows:
- Educational institutions must meet general hygiene requirements, functional areas, and classrooms for studying and teaching according to the design standards: TCVN 3981:1985 - University standards.
- Lighting levels in classrooms and functional rooms within the educational institution must comply with the minimum maintained illuminance levels for rooms and work areas as stipulated in Section 1 Part II of the National Technical Regulation QCVN 22:2016/BYT, issued with Circular 22/2016/TT-BYT.
- Laboratories, experimental rooms, and practice workshops must comply with noise regulations as specified in the National Technical Regulation QCVN 24:2016/BYT, issued with Circular 24/2016/TT-BYT.
- Laboratories, experimental rooms, and practice workshops serving the teaching and learning of heavy, hazardous, dangerous, and especially heavy, hazardous, dangerous occupations must take measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene for learners according to Article 70 of the Law on Occupational Safety and Hygiene 2015.

The hygiene assurance work in schools is strictly regulated by this Circular, and higher education institutions are responsible for serious implementation.
