What are regulations on duration of 2018 General Education Curriculum for Music subject in Vietnam?
The duration for implementing the 2018 General Education Curriculum for Music subject is stipulated in subsection 2, Section 8 of the General Education Curriculum for Music subject, issued with Circular 32/2018/TT-BGDDT as follows:
(1) Basic Education Stage
From Grade 1 to Grade 9, the teaching duration is 35 periods in a school year.

What teaching equipment is required in the 2018 General Education Curriculum for Music subject in Vietnam?
According to subsection 3, Section 8 of the General Education Curriculum for Music subject, issued with Circular 32/2018/TT-BGDDT, the teaching equipment includes:
(1) Equipment for teachers
- Musical instruments: electronic keyboard or digital piano;
- Music materials: pictures of musical instruments, music authors, artists, craftsmen; illustrations of music stories; music performance videos, etc.
(2) Equipment for students' practice

(3) Specialized classroom
In places with favorable conditions, a specialized music classroom should be arranged, isolated from other classrooms or on the highest floor for soundproofing.
The Music classroom should use easily movable tables and chairs that can be quickly stored to create space for student activities, participation in music activities, or performances; equipped with cabinets and racks for storing teaching equipment; a blackboard, multimedia devices (computer, projector, screen, etc.), fire prevention and firefighting equipment, and classroom regulations.
What are the 03 levels of requirements in the Music subject in Vietnam?
According to subsection 1, Section 8 of the General Education Curriculum for Music subject, issued with Circular 32/2018/TT-BGDDT, the Music subject employs several verbs to express the levels of meeting the competency requirements for students.
Some verbs are used at different levels but in each case, they express an action with a specific subject and requirement.
During teaching, especially when posing discussion questions, or setting assessment tasks, teachers may use the verbs listed below or replace them with equivalent verbs as appropriate to the educational context and specific tasks assigned to students.
The 03 levels of meeting the requirements in the Music subject include:
