b) Comments combined with grades-based evaluation for subjects in the General Education Program, except for the subjects mentioned in point a of this clause; assessed on a 10-point scale. If another scale is used, it must be converted to the 10-point scale. The evaluation score is an integer or a decimal rounded to one decimal place after rounding.
