Based on Section V of the Literature Education Program promulgated with Circular 32/2018/TT-BGDDT, the literary knowledge that Grade 7 students are taught includes:
- The cognitive value of literature
- Themes and topics of the text; the relationship between details and the theme, how to identify the theme of the text; the author’s attitude and emotions expressed through the text
- Summary of texts
- Forms of proverbs
- Topics, events, situations, plot, space, time, characters of fables and science fiction stories
- First-person and third-person narrators; the effect of each type of narrator in a story
- Some formal elements of four, five-syllable poetry: number of lines, words, rhymes, rhythm
- Emotional quality, the self, and the language of essays and essays
- Life experiences and understanding literature
What are rewards and disciplinary actions for grade 7 students in Vietnam?
According to Article 38 of the Regulation for lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, and multi-level schools promulgated with Circular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT, the rewards and disciplinary actions for lower secondary school students in general, and Grade 7 students in particular, are stipulated as follows:
First, regarding rewards:
Students with achievements in study and training are rewarded by teachers, the school, and educational management levels in the following forms:
+ Commendation in front of the class or the entire school.
+ Awards for student titles as stipulated.
+ Issuance of certificates, commendation certificates, and merit certificates if achieving outstanding performance or exceptional progress in certain fields of study, movement campaigns; achievements in competitions, contests as stipulated and permitted by the Ministry of Education and Training.
+ Other forms of reward.
Second, regarding disciplinary actions:
Students committing mistakes during studies and training are educated or disciplined in the following forms:
- Reminders, support, and direct assistance for students to correct mistakes.
- Reprimanding, notifying the student’s parents to cooperate in helping the student correct mistakes.
- Temporary suspension of studies at school for a defined period and implementation of other educational measures as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.
