- Implement measures to isolate and promptly suppress perpetrators of school violence to prevent them from causing further unwanted consequences.
- Immediately contact and report to competent authorities to handle the incident according to regulations. If the incident exceeds the handling capacity of the vocational education institution, promptly notify the local authorities or competent agencies to coordinate and handle the matter in accordance with legal provisions.
- Conduct a preliminary assessment of the victim’s level of harm. Instantly carry out assistance measures and provide medical care to the victim. Monitor, assess, and implement practical support measures to ensure the victim’s safety in subsequent periods.
- Promptly notify the victim’s family to coordinate in handling the issue.

Highlight individuals and groups excelling in building a safe, healthy educational environment, and preventing school violence.
- Reflect students' aspirations, feelings, and responsibilities towards a safe, healthy, and friendly educational environment, preventing school violence, or human behavior in social relationships.
- Knowledge and skills contents on: The dangers and consequences of school violence; responsibilities to detect, report, and denounce school violence behavior; measures and skills to prevent school violence; skills to intervene when school violence occurs, suiting personal capacities; self-protection skills in social environments and on the internet.
- Criticize distortions, negatives, frivolity, hedonism, or violent behaviors and gender inequality in vocational education institutions.
- Contents aimed at raising awareness for management staff, teachers, workers, and students about: Sovereignty over seas and islands, territorial integrity; combating "peaceful evolution," countering incorrect information from hostile forces and political opportunists; avoiding incitement and involvement in activities causing political instability and social safety issues.
What are responsibilities of students in vocational education institutions for preventing school violence in Vietnam?
According to Article 13 of Circular 38/2019/TT-BLDTBXH, the responsibilities of students in vocational education institutions regarding preventing school violence include:
